- Set a goal number for yourself. (mine is 100)
- Try to jump rope as many times as you can until you mess up or can't go anymore.
- If you hit your goal number, bump it up 10 or so....
- Record your progress on our Rocky Mountain Athlete-Fitness page or forum.
