For many of us, this is the time of the year that we are learning what tags we have drawn and preparing for our next hunt this coming fall. With all of the hard work, time and money spent we owe it to ourselves to be in the best physical shape to conquer the mountain and pursue our quarry.
For all of the Rocky Mountain Athletes we will be providing a workout program designed for all physical capabilities. This program will cover 2 week blocks with rest days programmed in and focus heavily on preparing everyone for the many miles that will be put on during the upcoming season. Along with bonus workouts thrown in every now and then. We will incorporate full body movements, running and core development. There is a YouTube page named RMAfit2hunt and it can be found HERE . This page can be used as a reference to clarify any exercises and proper movements. Finally if there are any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to post them on the RMA fitness page .
